You receive an acknowledgement and an appointment confirmation by e-mail. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). Appointment requests are deleted no later than 90 days after the appointment.
5. Plugins and Tools
ALTCHA
We use ALTCHA to distinguish between human users and automated programs. Technical characteristics are evaluated, and the analysis is performed automatically in the background.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against spam and bots). If consent was obtained, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
PostHog
This website uses PostHog to analyze user behavior. No cookies are set. PostHog processes pseudonymized data such as clicks, navigation behavior, or page views to improve the website.
The deliberate avoidance of cookies helps to better protect your privacy and anonymity. By processing without personal tracking IDs or permanent recognition techniques, an anonymized analysis of user behavior is enabled. This allows us to gain valuable insights for website optimization without storing your personal data or tracking your browsing behavior across devices.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in user-oriented optimization of the website).
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure whether visitors find us through our ads and submit an inquiry. The required Google tag (gtag.js) is only technically loaded after you have explicitly consented via our cookie banner. Without your consent, no connection to Google's servers is made and no cookies are set.
If you consent, Google sets cookies on your device and processes data about your visit (e.g. the page visited, an approximate association with a served ad) for statistical evaluation of ad performance. If you submit an inquiry or appointment request or tap the phone number, this is reported to Google as a conversion; your name, e-mail address, phone number or the content of your message are not transmitted. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We store your consent decision (accepted/declined) exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage), not as a cookie and not on our servers. You can withdraw or re-grant your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the contact section of any page.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG (consent). Further information on data protection at Google is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Ads: attributing inquiries without cookies
We run ads on Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you click such an ad, Google appends a click identifier to the address you open (the "gclid", "gbraid" or "wbraid" parameter). We store this identifier solely on our own server, together with the time and the page opened, for at most 90 days. Nothing is stored in your browser: no cookies are set, no Google script is loaded, and no connection to Google servers is made.
If you then contact us via the contact form, an appointment request or by tapping the phone number, that inquiry is internally associated with the stored click identifier. If it actually results in a business contact, we transmit only the click identifier and the time to Google ("conversion import"). Google thereby learns that the ad in question led to an inquiry. Your name, e-mail address, phone number or the content of your message are not transmitted. The data is not used for remarketing, audience building or profiling; it serves solely to evaluate our ads statistically.
To us, the click identifier is a purely technical key from which we cannot identify a person. To Google it may be linked to the click on the ad. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising with minimal data and without accessing your device). You may object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR), for example with a short note in your inquiry or by e-mail to info@weinrich.it; your inquiry will then not be reported to Google. Further information on data protection at Google is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
